Do you have hips, knees, back pain? Want to try yoga but not sure where to start? Yogi Erin will help develop and support a routine to meet your needs.

This class is open to all ability and experience levels, whether you're new to yoga, a senior, are mobility challenged, or you're a "desk warrior" wanting to stretch out on your lunch break.

Chairs are provided; Mats are optional (please bring your own mat if you want to use one), and wear loose comfy clothes. Class will be held in the Cottage Classroom or Woodland Pavilion, depending on weather and space availability.

This class runs one hour and will include a savasana (cool down). Garden access is included with registration, so feel free to walk the Gardens after class!

Registration is highly recommend; walk-ins are welcome if there is space available. This class is non-refundable. If you aren't able to make it and would like to share your registration with a friend, please contact Wellfield at (574) 266-2006 to let us know!
