Transform your holiday photos from simple snapshots into stunning, professional-quality images! Set against the breathtaking backdrop of our Winter Wonderland Holiday Light display, this outdoor, after-hours masterclass teaches you the delicate art of night photography.
On Monday, December 14th at 5:30 p.m. discover how to use framing, leading lines, and reflections to create depth in night landscapes. You will learn how to master long exposures, capture vibrant colors, and maintain razor-sharp details—all while surrounded by millions of twinkling lights without the crowds. To get the most out of this practical session, please bring the following gear: camera, tri-pod, remote trigger (if you have one), fully charged and extra batteries.
About the instructor: Ron Zimmerman, a self-taught natural history photographer for over 40 years, has taught workshops in Alaska’s Inside Passage and many national parks including Denali, Katmai, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Zion, and Bryce Canyon, to name a few.
