Tai Chi in the Gardens

Find your flow with Tai Chi! These easygoing classes are a great way to move your body, calm your mind, and improve balance—all experience levels welcome. 

Weather permitting, classes will be held outside and are taught by Swan Mishler from Beacon Health & Fitness. Each session consists of a walking program of mindful meditation and Tai Chi practice in various areas of the Gardens.

Classes are held on Mondays from 12-1 p.m. Looking for other Tai Chi or wellness classes? Click "other dates" towards the top of the screen to browse upcoming sessions. 

Beacon Health members: please register for this class through Beacon, show your membership fob/card and ID at the desk when you arrive, and we'll get you checked in.
