Join us on Saturdays for Hot Yoga! Yogi Erin will help develop and support a routine to meet your needs on Saturdays at 12:15 p.m. Hot yoga offers benefits like increased flexibility, improved cardiovascular health, calorie burning, and significant stress reduction, as the heat warms muscles for deeper stretches and promotes intense sweating for detoxification. 

This class is open to all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Bring your own mat if you have one, or feel free to use one of ours. Since this is a hot yoga experience, a towel for your mat is highly recommended. The class will take place in our cozy Cottage Classroom, gently heated to 90 degrees to help you relax, move, and unwind.

Garden access is included with registration, so feel free to walk the Gardens after class!
