Join Joy Blooms at Wellfield Botanic Gardens for a hands-on floral workshop designed for beginners and flower enthusiasts alike. In March, Spring is the ultimate diva — fashionably late, but oh-so-worth the wait! We’re all itching for that first whiff of emerging blooms and the explosion of color that only fresh flowers can deliver. Grocery store bouquets wink at us from the aisles and tease us “Take me home!”
But then, the real adventure begins: you’re standing in your kitchen, blooms in hand, wondering, “How do I turn this jumble into a masterpiece?” And how do you keep those blossoms perky for more than a day or two? Fear not, budding designer! With a few clever tricks and some basic supplies, you’ll be swirling petals, snipping stems, and creating a bouquet so gorgeous it might just make your neighbors jealous. Get ready to fill your home with the scent of spring and a riot of color — no fancy florist required.
All materials (vases, pruners, assortment of flowers, etc.) are provided. This workshop is intended for ages 18+. This workshop will take place in our indoor Cottage Classroom.
