The Elkhart Rotary Club and Wellfield Botanic Gardens will celebrate the 17th Annual Taste of the Gardens on Sunday, August 23rd, 2026! This event attracts thousands of guests on an annual basis and we are so excited to have you join us this year. 

Please note, the event time (6:45 a.m. - 11 a.m.) indicated above is for set-up; there will be additional set-up times available on Saturday, August 22nd. The actual event time begins at 11 a.m. You will be assigned a set-up time by our Artist Committee once we are closer to the event date. 

All reserved booth spaces are 10’ x 10’ and MUST be tented. You may choose to rent a tent by indicating that selection below or you may provide your own tent. Tents must be 10’x10’ with vertical legs; white canopies are required. Tables are not provided. Electric Power is available for an additional $25 (please provide your own grounded extension cords). Please select that below if needed.

We highly recommend having the ability to take payments by credit card (i.e. Square® or a similar app) as there is no ATM on site. Please note: Wi-Fi is not available, though major phone carrier signals including Verizon and AT&T are quite strong at Wellfield. 

As this is a juried show, if you have not been pre-approved to officially register for Taste of the Gardens through this link, your payment will be refunded. Approved Artists: please do not share this link with others as they may not be pre-approved by our Artist Committee. 

We must receive payment for your space by Friday, July 24th for you to participate in Taste of the Gardens.
