2026 Bonsai Show Exhibitor Registration

Show location: Wellfield Botanic Gardens
1011 N. Main Street, Elkhart, IN

Exhibitor set up: September 18th, 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Show times: Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Thank you for registering to be an exhibitor at the 2026 Michiana Bonsai Show! Below you'll find the Judging Categories:

  • Best in Show
  • Excellence in Bonsai
  • Best of each Class:
    • Deciduous
    • Tropicals
    • Broadleaf Evergreens
    • Needle Evergreens
    • Shohin Bonsai

When registering, please indicate how many 4' display spaces you will need (we'll be using 8' tables). Each 4' space can hold one tree or showing display each. If you plan to display more than one, please indicate that below. 

Once you have indicated the number of displays you'll be bringing, click the REGISTER button and complete the required information. If you have more than one display, you will need to fill out each question for each display.
